Shipping & Delivery

After completing the checkout process on our site, you will receive an email confirming your order.  We'll notify you again once your shipment has been made via the shipping method you selected while completing your purchase.  If an item you purchased is on back-order, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve. 

Return & Damage Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience with us.  All of our items carry a 30 day money back guarantee from the date of purchase as long as they are returned in the same new condition as upon shipping.  Items returned after 30 days from the date of purchase will be refunded with a store credit in the amount of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges.

Special Orders & Custom Orders are not returnable as they are 'one-off' items

If your order arrives broken, we will be happy to replace the item at no cost to you.  If you order arrives broken, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving the shipment at 410-268-6153.  So that we can process an insurance claim with UPS or the selected shipper for the order, please save and photograph all packaging as well as the damaged product.

Payments & Pricing

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery.  All online prices are identical to in-store prices.  We reserve the right to change a price in the event of a typographical or technological issue.  

Once Your Order is Placed 

Congratulations!  Once your order has been placed, we will carefully pack your items in order to protect them during shipping.  You will receive an email with tracking information once the order has been entered with UPS or the selected shipper.  Should you have any questions, please contact us at 410-268-6153.
